Ry

I've become a fan of One Piece, and made a char.His name is Ry and he is from 700 years ahead of the One Piece crew. He knows what happened to them all, but he can't reveal it to preserve the future. The reason he's even back there is because he ate the Warp Warp Fruit, which allows him to alter time and space. The only known abilities he can do is rewind time 10 seconds and freeze for 30. The major downfall, and why he's met up with Luffy, is that his body will jump to a random period of time for a year. He's been jumping for 30 years, but it doesn't show. With the time warps, he has yet to physically age.

In battle he freezes or rewinds time to understand the opponents movements to better situate himself. Whether he needs to run, or if he needs to step his game up, can all be answered as such.
